Fill this in and you will see a summary to check before anything is sent.

Your order number if you have it, for example NG-00042. If not, the email address and the date you ordered with are enough.

We send you a written acknowledgement stating what you declared and the exact time we received it.

You can also withdraw by writing to dan@nutritiongnome.com, in your own words or using the model withdrawal form. Using that form is not obligatory. The full withdrawal instruction explains your rights and the deadline.
